Uiryeong Crystal

This is the worst, really... They gave us a different room than the photos and said there was nothing they could do, refusing to change us to a room with a bathtub and demanding money... Even if you pay more, the room is different from the photos... I can't believe places like this still exist. I never want to go again. They don't clean properly; dust is piled up and there is mold in the bathroom... The moment we entered the room the smell was awful... The towels had the same odor, and there was hair stuck in the showerhead. I can't believe a place like this is in Uiryeong. What a disgrace for Uiryeong. The bedding felt gross, and they call you exactly 10 minutes before checkout like clockwork. This is the most unpleasant accommodation I've ever stayed at.
