It's clean and comfortable, so I like it.
I booked it because it's newly built, and it does feel different. I liked that it's unmanned, but one drawback is the alarm that starts ringing 30 minutes before — it's annoying.

Self-Check-in Service
You can conveniently check in by following the steps at the kiosk.
(You must present a valid ID for age verification.
Mobile IDs are accepted only through official government apps. Other apps such as Pass or Toss cannot be used.)
◇ Check-in: After 6:00 PM on weekdays / After 7:00 PM on weekends
◇ Check-out: 1:00 PM on weekdays / 12:00 PM on weekends
Early check-in or late check-out (for a fee) may be available depending on room availability.
Early check-in is available starting at 2:00 PM, and late check-out is available for up to 5 hours.
Additional fees can be paid after contacting us in advance.
★ Rate Information (Based on a double room)
1 hour: 10,000 KRW
2 hours: 20,000 KRW
3 hours or more: 25,000 KRW (weekdays), 30,000 KRW (weekends)

There may be an ID verification process to confirm your identity.
If your identity cannot be verified, your check-in may be restricted.
An access control system is in place throughout the building to enhance security.
Access by anyone other than the person who made the reservation is strictly prohibited, and unregistered guests are not permitted to stay or visit.
Please be sure to bring your room key with you whenever you leave the room after check-in.
Parking space within the hotel building is limited.
One vehicle per room is allowed, and parking is available by advance reservation only.
Please contact the hotel if the lot is full.
If you have not made a reservation, you must use the nearby public parking lot or paid parking lots in the area.
If you park after making a walk-in reservation, you may be required to pay a parking fee or move your vehicle.
HOTEL MERV is a completely smoke-free hotel.
(Smoking is prohibited in all areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and the lobby.)
Violators will be asked to check out immediately and will be charged 100,000 won for additional cleaning and fabric restoration costs.
This measure is in place to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests, so we ask for your cooperation in adhering to these rules.
The concierge area on the second floor provides a microwave, ice maker, coffee machine, toaster, and more.
