- One vehicle may be parked per room. Additional vehicles will incur an extra fee.

- Guests arriving by car may park only if they select the “vehicle” option when making a reservation (not the “walking” option). If you book the “walking” option, you must pay for parking on-site upon arrival.

Parking Fee: 10,000 KRW per night on weekdays, 15,000 KRW per night on weekends / per vehicle

When staying for multiple nights, a multi-night stay fee will be charged in addition to the online reservation deposit.

Guests staying for multiple nights at no additional charge may store their luggage at the front desk after checking out at 12:00 PM.

Please note that re-check-in is available at 6:00 PM on weekdays and 7:00 PM on weekends.

Consecutive Night Fee: 10,000 KRW per night (paid separately on the day of stay)

Family Room Consecutive Night Fee: 15,000 KRW per night (paid separately on the day of stay)

☆ Additional Guests ☆

For standard rooms, an additional adult is charged 15,000 KRW per night (includes bedding set), and a child 6 years old or younger is charged 5,000 KRW per night (paid separately).

For family rooms, an additional guest is charged 15,000 KRW per night.

Lost items will be held for 10 days from the date of discovery and disposed of thereafter.

Upon customer request, items can be shipped via courier (collect on delivery or prepaid by the customer when requesting shipping) or picked up in person. For courier delivery, it is only possible if the customer directly requests the service from the courier company and a courier driver is dispatched. (Please understand that, to protect your personal information, we can only ship items if you request it directly.)
