Guidelines for Room Use: Our hotel requires a mandatory inspection of all rooms prior to check-in. During the inspection, we verify the inventory list and check for any damage before assigning a room. Therefore, if damage is found during the checkout inspection due to the guest’s negligence, the guest is liable for compensation.

Essential Information Regarding Reservations

The standard occupancy for all rooms is 2 guests, and check-in is permitted up to the maximum occupancy per room type (additional fees apply). The additional fee per person is 20,000 won.

Check-in is prohibited for anyone other than the original two guests; if discovered, guests will be forced to check out, and no refund will be issued for this reason.

Day-use reservations: Regardless of room type, occupancy by more than two people is prohibited. Please note that the hotel assumes no responsibility for reservations made without understanding this policy.

Moving between rooms is prohibited, and sharing a room with three or more people is not allowed. If discovered, you will be forced to check out, and no refund will be issued for this reason.

If additional guests beyond the standard occupancy are admitted without authorization, you will be forcibly evicted, and no refund will be issued for this reason.

(If, after the person who made the reservation has checked in, an additional guest attempts to enter the room secretly or stays in the room temporarily, this will also be treated as a violation, resulting in forcible eviction without a refund.)

Essential Guidelines for Events: When booking for an event, it is strictly prohibited to attach balloons to wallpaper, mirrors, or curtains. The customer is liable for any damages caused.

Guidelines Regarding Consecutive Nights: "Time Special" room types do not allow for consecutive-night stays. This restriction is clearly noted for these room types. Even if a reservation is made without noticing this notice, an additional charge based on the room type will be applied upon check-in.
