Samcheok Star Motel

I was worried it might be noisy because many cars pass by, but I couldn't hear any traffic noise and it was quiet, which I liked. The soundproofing seems good. The room is spacious and the bathroom is pretty and clean, so I liked it. I recommend it.

The accommodation was clean and nice, but while I was sleeping I was startled awake by the sound of a drill apparently drilling into the wall for remodeling. If they had notified guests beforehand, I could have understood, but this was very unpleasant.

It was clean. I had accidentally booked the wrong place and made a last-minute reservation that day, but it was nice that I could check in immediately. The bathroom is large and the interior seemed newly done, so it was pleasant! When I first entered, there was a bit of cigarette smell, so I opened the window and went out; when I returned it was fine. Still, I had a good rest that day haha. There was a little dust on the floor, but compared to other places it was relatively clean!

I booked at an expensive rate but rested well. The room is spacious.

We stayed one night and went to Hwanseonggul Cave. We planned to move to another place, but the monorail wasn't running, so we walked and it was too exhausting — we ended up staying one more night.
