There was external construction without prior notice. I had no plans to go out and had to stay in the room, but I was awakened by construction noise starting at 7 AM. Then around noon someone outside started banging on the door. It seemed like cleaning staff, and when I didn't answer because I was sleeping they used their card key to open the door and come in. When they saw someone was there they quickly left. Is it acceptable for staff to come in unannounced during guests' outing hours when I did not request cleaning? This issue could become a big problem soon and needs to be fixed ⚠️⚠️⚠️ As other reviews said, I encountered a few mosquitoes. They seemed weak from being trapped in the room, so I swatted them right away. Considering the intermittent cleaning, the room's cleanliness was not top-notch. Hot water worked well.
It looked like they were remodeling or under construction, so I'm excited!
Great — I really like it, I love it.
The high ceilings made the bedroom and bathroom feel spacious, so I slept well without feeling cramped.

Terrible. They lack the basics of service. They don't clean before checkout. They overcharge for usage time. Front desk customer service is a mess.
Had a good rest! But the slippers... they rip so easily :(
It must have been extremely popular when it was newly built. Now it does feel a bit dated, but it offers the best value for money. There were a toothbrush and a body sponge in the bathroom that looked like they had been used by another guest and left behind after cleaning. The lighting is too dim, so you can see dust on the floor, and the soundproofing was weak. I'm not very sensitive, so I stayed several nights without issue and the staff are kind. Maybe because it's at the bottom of a hill there were a lot of mosquitoes, which was tough. I caught about four.
