We used it with my parents on the way back from the provinces. It was spacious, clean, and the breakfast was decent. It feels like a business hotel, and there is a large parking lot right next to it, so there was no problem using it and we were satisfied. If we can stop there again next time, I'd like to visit again. Also, there was an electric heated pad on the mattress, so my parents were able to sleep warmly, which made us even more satisfied.
