I visited because of the reviews. I came for a business trip... There were so many good reviews that I chose it without hesitation... I have stayed at many places during business trips over the years, but this was the first time I was charged an extra fee because I arrived at 5:00 even though check-in is at 6:00. It was a bit shocking. Also, I did not feel comfortable relaxing there. Even though I would not deliberately soil the room, they kept saying that if the room is stained or a smell remains, I would have to pay 250,000 won. They told me this verbally and also gave me a note, saying I must be aware of it. It was so stressful that I could not sleep comfortably and left. I kept double-checking as I left. There was no smell of cigarette smoke, but the diffuser scent used to mask smells was so strong it gave me a headache. The condition of the room and bathroom was not bad, parking and friendliness were good, and the nearby food options were okay.

3. Only one vehicle per room is allowed for Parking Available. (Early parking not allowed; if needed, inquire in advance for additional charges. Vehicles must be moved out before check-out time; additional charges apply for late departure.)

4. For your comfortable rest, check-out reminder calls are not made. Additional charges will be applied if check-out time is exceeded.

5. A fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged for loss of the room key (fixed key). Fixed keys incur high manufacturing and registration costs, exceeding 150,000 KRW. When going out, please store the key at the front desk. Guests are responsible for loss if the key is taken outside.

6. Entry is not permitted for anyone other than the reservation holder. All issues arising from proxy entry (smoking, damage, contamination, etc.) will result in the same responsibility and compensation claims to the reservation holder.

1. Acts that cause harm to other valuable guests, such as smoking, excessive noise, or room damage (smoking will result in immediate eviction and actual charges for cleaning and business loss fees (250,000 KRW))

2. Acts of damage to room amenities or contamination of bedding/walls (bloodstains, food, etc.) will result in immediate eviction and actual charges for costs and business loss fees.

3. Unauthorized entry of additional persons or room rental.

5. Acts that damage or are expected to damage the room.

6. Candles, party items, dyeing, and cooking are strictly prohibited (risk of fire and room damage).

7. Ignoring check-in instructions, verbal abuse of staff, making complaints without clear reason, etc.

3. Discovery of acts that damage or are expected to damage the room will result in non-refundable eviction (including ignoring check-in instructions, verbal abuse of staff, making complaints without clear reason, etc.).

4. Lost and found items discovered in the room during or after the stay will be stored for 14 days and then disposed of.

Food and hygiene products will be disposed of immediately, and Lounge Seoul is not responsible for losses due to guest negligence.

5. For multi-night stays, full room cleaning is provided once every 5 nights.

Minors and Mixed-Gender Stays

1. Minors booking or entering (entry and refund not possible if ID is not presented)

- Minors are not allowed to enter. If accompanied by minor children, entry is possible after presenting and verifying relevant documents and ID.

- Entry and refund not possible if documents cannot be verified.

2. Mixed-gender stays of 3 or more people, other than family, may also be denied entry (for stays of 3 or more people, only immediate family as per family relation certificate and same-sex individuals are allowed to enter).

3. If mixed-gender stay acts that disregard regulations and guidance are confirmed, the standard rate for one room of the same room type used will be immediately charged according to operating regulations, and failure to pay may result in additional usage restrictions and legal action.
