I booked last minute on the same day. Luckily there was a vacancy so I stayed. It is an older place, but the hot water worked well and the bed was pleasantly firm so I slept very well! The owner was kind, the air conditioner worked fine, and it became a place I would like to stay again when I visit Iksan. However, the fridge in the room I stayed in did not work and there was the characteristic old motel smell, which was disappointing, but other than that everything was fine.

The room quality was generally good: the facilities were well maintained and comfortable to use. Service was satisfactory, with staff responding kindly and handling requests smoothly. Cleanliness was also good, as the rooms and common areas were kept relatively clean and caused no inconvenience. Overall, the value for the price was high and I would consider returning — a positive evaluation.
