1) An additional fee of 10,000 KRW per person will be charged for exceeding the standard occupancy.

2) Infants, toddlers, elementary school students, and minors are prohibited from entering (forced eviction and reporting will occur if minors are found to have entered).

3) Pets are absolutely prohibited from entering (forced eviction and no refund if found).

4) In case of damage to property, destruction of property, theft, etc., a report and claim for damages will be made.

5) Extension of check-out will be charged 10,000 KRW per hour.

6) In case of damage to other rooms due to loud noise, disorderly conduct, etc., forced eviction will occur.

(As it is a shared facility, please be quiet.)

7) When checking out, please return the card key to the designated place (elevator entrance, inside elevator, reception return box). You must compensate if lost).

8) Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times.

9) For consecutive nights, room cleaning is not provided. Please be aware of this.

10) For fire prevention and electricity saving, please turn off electric blankets, air conditioners, and bathroom lights after use or when going out for a long time or checking out.

11) Reservations and cancellations follow the platform provider's regulations (inquire at customer service).

The parking lot is full on 7/31.

1) No large vehicles allowed, no top-truck entry.

2) When reserving a vehicle, if vehicle reservation is not possible, it means the parking lot is full and vehicle reservation is not possible.

3) Please refrain from visiting by car if you reserved on foot.

(This causes inconvenience to other guests who reserved by car and disrupts accommodation operations).

4) Electric vehicle chargers are not installed.
