Please understand that all rooms are for 2 people, and additional guests are not allowed.

Cancellations/refunds due to refusal of entry resulting from minors booking a mixed-gender room are not possible.

Please note that this property is a non-smoking building. If indoor smoking is detected, a fine and incidental costs related to odor removal may be charged in accordance with Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act.

Compensation may be requested for excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc. The use of tape for events and fire hazards such as gunpowder and fireworks is prohibited. In case of damage or fire after use, liability for compensation may be charged.

Rooms cannot be used for purposes other than accommodation. For commercial video shoots, please inquire in advance.

In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, the property is not responsible for cash or other valuables. A fee may be charged for lost card keys.

Excessive noise caused by drinking or boisterous behavior may result in eviction, and no refund will be processed.

In case of damage to or theft of room items, criminal penalties may apply.

OTT services like Netflix are available for free with your own account.

Please understand that additional guests beyond the standard occupancy are not allowed.

In an effort to participate in ESG management for the environment, some disposable amenity sets are sold for a fee. Please check the amenity usage guide before use.

Reusable products such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the room are free to use.

Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per room.

For walk-in reservations, parking is not available, so please be sure to select 'vehicle reservation' on the booking screen.

If the parking lot is full, please check and use nearby public parking lots.

Parking may be restricted due to limited space depending on the type of vehicle. For SUVs, luxury sedans, imported cars, or vehicles with high or low chassis, please inquire with the property in advance about parking availability.
