2. The PC in general Deluxe rooms is for searching only and cannot be used for games.

3. When extending check-out time after room use, the additional hourly charge is KRW 15,000 on weekdays and KRW 20,000 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

4. Please understand that the HDMI cable connecting the TV and PC may not work.

5. Room assignment is generally random. As the interior of each room varies (even within the same room type, the interior may differ), we inform you in advance that reservation cancellation after check-in is not possible if the room and interior differ from what you desired.

6. Deluxe Game Rooms do not have bathtubs, so please confirm this when making a reservation. (Cancellations due to the presence or absence of a bathtub are not possible.)

7. Deluxe rooms have two types: with or without a bathtub. If you are booking a Deluxe room and wish to use a bathtub, please inform us in advance after your reservation. We inform you that same-day cancellations are absolutely not possible.

★A fee of KRW 50,000 will be charged if the room key (card) is lost. (Custom production cost)★

★Day Use closing time: For Day Use reservations set for 23:00, the actual check-out time is 22:30.

Example: For reservations from 19:00 to 23:00, you can use it until 19:00-22:30.

Weekend & holiday Day Use closing time notice: Check-out is 10 minutes before the Day Use closing time.

Example: For reservations from 13:00 to 17:00, you can use it until 13:00-16:50.

-Please note that due to the reservation system settings, minute-by-minute settings are not possible, so this is announced through the usage guide. Please do not make any mistakes in use.

We inform you that cancellations or refunds are not possible due to this.

No mixed-gender groups allowed if 2 or more people check in (e.g., if you come with a group of 2 males and 1 female, check-in is not possible).

Additional person fee: KRW 15,000 per person on weekdays.

KRW 20,000 per person on weekends and the day before holidays.

If additional hours are 2 hours or more, Day Use rate will be charged.

Non-refundable for minor reservations. Check-in is not possible without a valid ID.

Room assignment is random.

After 10 minutes past the check-out time for overnight guests, and 5 minutes past the check-out time for Day Use guests, an additional fee (KRW 10,000 on weekdays, KRW 15,000 on weekends & holidays) will be incurred.

Early Day Use check-in time is 11:10 AM.

Please understand that 10 minutes are required for room cleaning and ventilation.

Please be informed that if a reservation is made due to an incorrect registration or error in room price, the reservation will be automatically canceled. (We will contact you via the safe number registered at the time of reservation.)

Please understand that on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, check-out is 10 minutes before the reserved check-out time.

Due to high reservation volume, we operate with a 10-minute early check-out to ensure efficient room cleaning, ventilation, and smooth room operations.

According to Article 153 of the Commercial Act, all cash and other valuables, as well as valuables in vehicles, are to be stored at the front desk as a general rule. The affiliated establishment is not responsible for cash or other valuables not stored at the front desk.

We are not responsible for lost items left in the room after check-out.

Please check that you have not left any items when checking out.

Any food and medicine left in the room after check-out will be discarded (including new products).

The storage period for lost items confirmed with the customer at the front desk is 7 days. After 7 days, all items will be discarded.

If you do not come to pick up lost items on the date you said you would, those items will also be discarded.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot store too many lost items for a long period.

Parking is limited. (No Standard parking, additional fee of KRW 30,000 for special vehicles (1 ton or more) when parking).

If you plan to use a vehicle, please inquire in advance before making a reservation, and please mention that you are planning to make a reservation when inquiring.

If you bring a vehicle without prior inquiry and the parking lot is full, parking may not be available, so please understand.

Same-day cancellation due to unavailable parking after bringing a vehicle without prior inquiry is not possible.

Important Notice:

For guests staying on weekends and holidays, excluding those who reserve Deluxe rooms with parking available, if you are using a room other than Deluxe and do not inquire about parking in advance when making a reservation, and then check in with a vehicle reservation, parking may not be secured, so please make sure to inquire in advance before reserving. We have 10 parking spaces available!!

Same-day cancellation is absolutely not possible.

Please understand that check-in is not possible if you do not bring your ID.

Check-in times and fees may vary depending on hotel circumstances.

Check-in may be delayed or impossible at the reserved time due to property circumstances.

We will inform you if check-in is delayed or impossible.

Staff Late Night Break Time Notice

Staff break time is from 02:00 AM to 08:00 AM. Break times may be flexibly adjusted depending on the situation.

Simple drinks, towels, and gowns are available at the front desk, so please feel free to use them.

For other necessary items, please request them in advance at the front desk (dial 0) before 02:00 AM, or after the break time ends.

Due to issues with the Netflix account provided by the hotel, you can watch using your own account.

The hotel's Netflix account is temporarily unavailable for viewing. (Personal accounts are always available.)

Due to the widespread use of high-performance mobile phones, we have removed the relatively lower-spec PCs from Standard and Twin rooms.

This has created a more spacious area, allowing for a more comfortable room experience.

After reserving the game room, you must confirm that the games are working by contacting the front desk.

PCs in the guest rooms can only use programs provided by the hotel (external programs cannot be installed).

If it's a new or unpopular game, please check if it runs by calling us.

If you absolutely need to install an external program, please contact the front desk before 6 PM.

Please note that game installations may not be possible on Sundays.

If you do not check in by 3:00 AM after reserving a room, your reservation will be treated as a no-show.

Please note that a reservation staff member will contact you via text or phone between 12:00 PM and 1:00 AM to confirm your estimated check-in time, so please reply if you are a late check-in guest.

We will contact you at the number you provided during your reservation, and if we cannot reach you or if there is no contact by 3:00 AM, your reservation will be treated as a no-show.

We would like to remind you that cancellations and refunds are not possible for the above reason.
