✨Self-Check-In System

The Phase Hotel operates a self-check-in system for all rooms. After confirming your reservation, you must receive check-in instructions. If check-in information has been received, it will be considered a check-in, and cancellations will be difficult.

✨No Smoking

All rooms, including bathrooms, are non-smoking. A fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged for smoking, and guests will be asked to vacate immediately.

✨Time for Rest and Peace

Please create a quiet atmosphere starting at 9 PM. Please cooperate for the consideration of other guests.

✨Basic Amenities and Reducing Plastic Use

Eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (also functions as hand wash) are provided. To reduce plastic use, please use your personal items for hair combs, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc.

✨Food

To maintain clean rooms, please enjoy food only at the table. Eating in other areas is prohibited.

✨Customer Service

Our customer service closes after 10 PM. After customer service closes, check-in information (room details, password, etc.) cannot be received, thus entry will not be possible.

For weekend (Friday, Saturday) reservations, bookings of less than 3 nights may be subject to cancellation.

NOL's refund policy allows free cancellation until 12 AM on the day of check-in.

Therefore, depending on hotel circumstances, reservations may be cancelled until 12 AM on the day of check-in.

Hotel refund policy: Free cancellation until 14 days before check-in, 100% non-refundable thereafter.

The standard occupancy at check-in is 2 people.

In case of theft, damage, or contamination of any items provided, compensation for damages and laundry fees will be charged.

If check-in information has been received, it will be considered a check-in, and cancellations will be difficult.

All rooms, including bathrooms, are non-smoking. A fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged for smoking.

Early check-in and late check-out will incur a charge of 10,000 KRW per hour.

6. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the property's facilities.

7. These rooms allow entry with shoes. Slippers located by the door are recommended.
