② Bathtub Usage Restriction
Due to the risk of freezing in winter, the outdoor bathtubs in Terrace Suite rooms are suspended annually from December to February.
+ The usage restriction period has been extended until September 30th due to facility inspection and safety reasons.
We appreciate your understanding that bathtub use may be difficult during this period.
② No Pets Allowed
Pets are not allowed in any rooms.
For additional guests beyond the standard occupancy, please pay extra fees on-site. (Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded)
Extra guest fee: Free for children under 48 months / Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded, including free guests.
Extra bed: 33,000 KRW per person per night (Only available for Suite rooms)
To store your luggage more securely, we operate unmanned paid luggage lockers.
Location: Hotel 1st and 2nd floors
Large: 8,000 KRW for the first 5 hours / 2,000 KRW per hour thereafter
Small: 4,000 KRW for the first 5 hours / 1,000 KRW per hour thereafter
If all unmanned lockers are in use, please utilize luggage storage services at Seongsu Station or nearby the hotel.
Hotel Poco Seongsu does not have dedicated parking facilities. If parking is required, you may use the private parking lot operated by an external company within the building.
① Parking Fee
10,000 KRW per vehicle per night (based on check-in 3:00 PM – check-out 11:00 AM)
An additional 4,000 KRW per hour will be charged for use outside of standard hours.
② Operating Hours
Parking staff working hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Self-parking is available outside of working hours.

During parking staff working hours: Payment at the parking lot
Outside working hours: Use the front desk payment terminal
④ Important Notes
Availability, fees, and issues related to vehicles are subject to the parking lot operator's policy.
Immediate assistance may be difficult if parking staff are absent.

It was great because it's right in front of Seongsu Station.
Location: close to Seongsu Station. Cleanliness and facilities were adequate. It would be better if the price were lower.
It was clean and great for walking around and checking out pop-up shops.
It was great, very clean Seongsu accommodation.
Clean and on a high floor, so it felt very open. I would like to use it again next time I visit Seongsu.
Pros 1. Outstanding location: very close to Seongsu Station and right next to the Seongsu-dong cafe street 2. Facilities optimized for long-distance travelers: lockers on the first floor and a vending machine on the second floor selling many amenities Cons 1. Room condition: not very spacious, and the overall facilities are somewhere between a business hotel and a motel. The bathroom especially feels like a motel 2. Poor value for money: as the only hotel in Seongsu, the price is high compared to the facilities 3. Only one door lock that accepts a numeric code/card key is provided Overall impression: Highly recommended for long-distance travelers who value location If you care about room condition or value for money: not recommended
The accommodation is really clean and nice.
Clean and friendly. It is a bit disappointing that parking is paid.
Even though we arrived late, they helped us check in well and were friendly!! The room condition was clean, neat, and the bright atmosphere was great, and the location was quite good so it was easy to step out in the morning and wait in line. Parking was fairly convenient, and after checkout we left the car there and hung out in Seongsu — an extra fee of 4,000 KRW per hour seems excellent. The parking attendant was also friendly.
I booked this place because the Seongsu Pokemon event was the main reason for our trip to Seoul with my child^^ It was perfect for the two of us, quieter than expected, and the soundproofing was good. There was a water purifier on the second floor so we could drink enough water, and the room cleaning was tidy so we were satisfied. There were convenience stores nearby: a 7-Eleven and GS25 behind, and a CU in front. The staff we met were the male front desk worker and the male room attendant, and both were kind^^ I was happy to stay in a clean, no-frills place for my child's first trip to Seoul. Thank you.
