I chose this property for the Cheongcho Lake and ocean view, and the condition was excellent. The weather was a bit hot and humid, but thanks to the air conditioning and the property's high location, it was cool. The underground parking spaces in the building are a bit narrow. (The outdoor parking lot is spacious.)

The room condition was good, and the staff's service was very good. I liked it a lot.

First, the central market was within walking distance and the room view and parking were all good, but there was a lot of dust in the bedding which was a bit disappointing. I had booked three consecutive nights during my Sokcho trip, and when checking out I noticed many feathers or similar coming out of the bedding so there was a lot of white dust on the floor. I usually have rhinitis, and from the second day my nose became congested and runny... Also, while turning over in bed the springs squeaked, waking me up occasionally, which was uncomfortable, and the mattress was rather firm.

The room condition is good, the location is good, and I am very satisfied with the value for money.
