-Hotel Deluna announces that it does not have cancellation authority.

Guests who appear underage when checking in via the app and are unable to provide ID upon request will be refused entry and no refund will be issued.

-One vehicle per room can be parked.

-Car keys are kept at the counter, and vehicles can be moved to the 1st floor, B1, and outdoor parking lots.

-Please note that if you bring a vehicle before check-in time, park a vehicle after a walk-in reservation, or bring more than one vehicle, an additional parking fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged per vehicle.

-If the vehicle is not moved out after check-out time, an additional fee will be charged from the check-out time.

-Day Use available at night.

We have specialized concepts such as system full-length windows, 70-inch TVs, views, terraces, and massage machines depending on the room type.

Bathtubs, terraces, and massage machines may not be available for all types, so please contact Deluna if needed, and we will assign a room accordingly.

Other Usage Guide

Additional charges apply for early check-in and late check-out. (For early entry or exceeding check-out time)

Early check-in - within 30 minutes of room entry, or for 30 minutes to 1 hour (additional charges may vary depending on hotel circumstances)

Late check-out - additional charges are applied hourly depending on the room type (Day Use fees are added on weekends)

If you wish to extend your stay after the allotted time, you must inform the front desk in advance whether it is an hourly extension or a Day Use extension.

Otherwise, it will be considered an hourly extension and automatically charged per hour (weekend Day Use fees will be charged).

If you cause inconvenience to other guests during your stay (late-night hours), you will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

Additional chargers and wine openers are available for free rental at the front desk.

Room numbers and designs are randomly assigned based on hotel availability.

If you wish to book a specific room as shown in the image above, please inquire at the front desk in advance.

Accommodation Reservation Policy

When using Day Use, it is not possible to change to an overnight stay by adding a fee; if changing to an overnight stay, the full overnight rate must be paid again.

When using late Day Use, if it exceeds 11 PM, the full overnight rate will be charged, so please strictly adhere to the check-out time. (When using night Day Use, the full overnight rate will be charged in addition to the reserved usage time).

Cancellation and refund policies follow the app's terms and conditions notified before booking.
