[Ruby Room - Pet-Friendly Room Guidelines]

Size limit: Only small dogs weighing under 8kg are allowed (will be verified at check-in).

Mandatory accompaniment: Pets must be taken with guests when leaving the room; leaving pets unattended in the room is strictly prohibited.

Leash etiquette: In common areas such as the lobby and hallways, pets must be held or kept in a carrier.

Restricted breeds and large dogs: The 5 types of fierce dogs designated by the Animal Protection Act and their hybrids are not allowed, regardless of weight.

Complaint prevention policy: Even if not a fierce dog, large dogs that may threaten others, or breeds prone to causing complaints, may be restricted from staying to maintain a pleasant hotel environment.

Etiquette compliance: Guests whose pets bark excessively or show aggression may be restricted from use or asked to vacate for the comfort of other guests.

Liability for damages: Please note that restoration costs (special cleaning fees, etc.) may be charged for facility damage or bedding contamination due to negligence.

Edelweiss/Iris/Lavender/Glorio can accommodate up to 2 guests, Envidion up to 3 guests, and Special up to 4 guests.
