Three men stayed in a twin room; there was no cigarette smell, which was nice.
A cozy, quiet retreat that also offers good value for money.
I rested quietly and comfortably.
It feels a bit dated, but overall it's fine.
It's clean and I like that it's close to Busan Station.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
The place is well cleaned and the owner is kind. It's not far from Busan Station and is close to Nampo-dong. The area is relatively quiet and there is a convenience store nearby. The room condition is good, so I always feel good staying here.
I felt quite unpleasant paying hotel-level prices for accommodation that normally costs 50,000–70,000 won per night. Ahead of the BTS concert, there was major controversy over excessive price increases in Busan's lodging industry. Rooms that usually cost around 50,000–70,000 won were marked up to over 1,000,000 won during the concert period, and there were even allegations that some properties canceled existing reservations and resold the rooms at higher prices. When this news spread, BTS member RM publicly expressed his disappointment, saying, "Enough already," and the Busan city government moved to come up with countermeasures. Busan police also launched investigations targeting some lodgings. Fortunately, there have also been heartening responses. Korea Maritime and Ocean University announced it would offer on-campus guesthouse rooms for 50,000 won per night during the concert period, and local temples, churches, universities, and public institutions have joined a "Fair Lodging Challenge" by providing free or low-cost accommodations. It is reported that lodging for more than 400 people has been secured so far. Reading the article left me really bitter. Many fans travel long distances and spend time and money to see the concert, and for some lodgings to seize that opportunity to demand excessively high prices felt like they were damaging Busan's own image. They may gain short-term profits, but they should consider that they will ultimately lose tourists' trust. On the other hand, the voluntary support from religious organizations, universities, and public institutions was impressive. Their respect for visitors and willingness to solve the problem together reflected a strong sense of community. Going forward, it seems necessary to strengthen management systems to prevent steep spikes in accommodation prices during major events like concerts and festivals. I hope Busan will be remembered not for overcharging controversies but for warm hospitality and good memories.

Overall it was clean and fine! But I didn't expect the room rate to be this high just because BTS is coming... I don't think I would come here paying this price.
It was fine! The room was spacious.
