•Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building (absolutely no smoking inside the hotel or in guest rooms).

• Check-in cutoff: 11:00 PM (For late check-ins after this time, please contact the front desk in advance. If we do not receive prior notice or you do not check in, your reservation will be treated as a “no-show,” and no refund will be issued.)

• Late checkout (until 3:00 PM): An additional fee of 30,000 won applies (payable upon check-in).

• Minors unaccompanied by a guardian are not permitted to stay.

•Mixed-gender accommodation for minors is also prohibited.

•We have fully equipped accessible rooms to ensure a comfortable stay and ease of movement for guests with disabilities.

•As a CESCO Membership Zone, The Brain Hotel undergoes regular disinfection and operates its own disinfection machines at set intervals, ensuring a clean and safe environment for your relaxation.

•20,000 won per person for guests aged 6 and older (one child under 6 stays free)

•Overnight stays exceeding the maximum occupancy are not permitted; please pay the additional guest fee upon check-in.

•Additional bedding and extra beds are not available

•We provide free laundry service to guests staying two nights or more.

•The laundry service is limited to machine washing using a dryer; high-value clothing, knitwear, wool, leather, formal wear, and items that may bleed color cannot be washed. We are not responsible for any deterioration or damage to clothing.

• For one-night stays, laundry is self-service, and guests may use the washing machine and dryer.

•We operate a business center on the first floor, where you can easily handle all your document-related tasks—including web searches, email, document creation, printing, faxing, scanning, and copying—while enjoying free coffee and tea.

•At The Brain Hotel, you can enjoy unlimited free access to Netflix and YouTube without a username or password (limited to select rooms).

• All guests will earn points (please inform the front desk).

• Point accumulation: 1% of the booking amount.

• Accumulated points can be used for future stays.

• We offer rental of our 10th-floor rooftop with a beautiful sunset view for parties, group dinners, alumni gatherings, workshops, and banquets.

• Approximately 1150 sq ft Ocean View + Approximately 1650 sq ft Terrace + Golf Driving Range + 11th-floor Lawn Rooftop + Sound System provided.

• For a base of 10 people (max 40 people, 10,000 KRW per additional person) + a base of 4 hours (max 8 hours, 50,000 KRW per additional hour) + buffet order (Blossom Table Catering), the rental service is 200,000 KRW on weekdays and 300,000 KRW on weekends.
