The owner is kind, but the maintenance is disappointing. When the lights are off, there are cockroaches. - - If they paid more attention they might regain their former glory, I feel disappointed because I had good memories from a long time ago. I wrote a few words.

I booked my parents because of Wolmun Hot Spring, but the sauna was broken and there were no other rooms available. ^^ The facilities are old. We shouldn't be the only ones to have to put up with this~ definitely go

After parking and getting the key, even as I rode the elevator I thought this place might be a bit rundown. When I got off on the 6th floor I started feeling unpleasant, and once I stepped into the room I wanted to leave immediately. First, the 6th floor lobby had really old furniture scattered around covered in dust, and the guest room interior was completely rundown... The massage chair looks like it's from who knows what year; the leather is all peeled off and they covered it with some kind of cloth. The floor was the kind I wouldn't want to step on barefoot. Some lights were flickering and others were out. The bathroom had a strange bulb color. The furniture and molding were all coming away and there was mold. Ah... even writing this makes me feel bad. The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, with dark stains along the water line. I don't know how long the water in the electric kettle has been there... Out of curiosity I turned over the men's and women's skin care bottles that were left there and found they were dated 2019 and 2020. The towels were frayed and coming apart... I could say more but I'll stop here. Despite this environment, they said the water is from a hot spring so I tried showering — the water itself seemed fine. I had brought my own towel... I stay in hotels a lot for business, and even rural inns I've used were better than this. I tried to endure it but couldn't, so after 9 PM I left and stayed somewhere else. Normally I'm someone who prefers to let things go, but I thought, what would change if I complained? Rather than stay in a room like that I gave up and left. This is the first time I've left a review like this. Owner, I really don't think you should be accepting guests in this condition. A full renovation is desperately needed.
