I visited without knowing there was a festival in Gwangalli. There was a festival and a BTS concert, so prices were generally higher, but it was really just a motel and the rates were expensive. I only slept here, so you should not expect cleanliness or friendliness. In the early morning, someone in the next room was shouting loudly past 3 AM and it startled me. The room looked bigger in the photos, so I was disappointed.
This accommodation offers fairly good value for the price.
My younger siblings from Seoul, Suwon, Sokcho came to Gwangalli and we booked two rooms in advance. Parking, including the entrance, seems to fit about 15 cars. The room is a bit small, but it was remodeled so it was clean and tidy. The next day we had lunch before the 12:00 PM checkout, and the owner allowed us to keep the car in the parking lot until we finished eating, so we ate comfortably and then went home. We had a good rest ngngngng

Prices for accommodations in Busan had gone up for that period, so I booked at a slightly higher price, but it was just okay.
The smell of cigarette smoke kept coming in through the bathroom, so it was a bit difficult :(. Still, the front desk staff were kind, which was nice.
I always use this place. They are friendly and the room condition is excellent.
