Customer service is friendly and the facilities are clean.

The default OTT does not work, and you have to make a reservation in advance to use the restaurant in the hotel building. We were dressed a bit casually, but the female staff who checked us in was really unfriendly. My husband even wondered aloud, "Are they being unfriendly because we are dressed too casually?" Also, in the morning the sound of someone running a washing machine upstairs was so loud it woke us up. Overall satisfaction is low for the price, so at this price we would probably choose a newly built motel. The positive is that it is clean.

A comfortable hotel that is pleasant and in a good location.

It's a shame the OTT service doesn't work, but the room is tidy and there is a two-person desk and chair, which makes it convenient to eat delivery food. There are many cafes nearby like Ediya, Starbucks, Yogerpresso, and restaurants like Goobne Chicken, BHC, and pizzerias, so it's nice to go out to eat or pick up food. The room was clean without any musty smell, which I liked.

The most upscale, well-located, and tidy place in front of Hynix. The cleanliness is excellent, and even if it costs more than other accommodations, it's the best! Good!

The access road to the property is narrow, and parking is very limited, so I had to parallel park for the entire stay. The outdoor sound insulation is weak, so construction noise and noise from other rooms are heard a lot.
