All rooms in the hotel are based on double occupancy.

In accordance with the hotel’s internal regulations, guests other than the first two guests to check in are strictly prohibited from entering the room; please be sure to confirm this when making your reservation (if unauthorized additional guests are found in the room, you will be required to check out immediately without a refund).

Please note that staying in the room with more than the standard occupancy or adding additional guests is also not permitted.

Check-in times are set for each reservation package.

If you arrive earlier than your scheduled check-in time without prior notice, you may not be able to check in even if you pay any additional fees. If you need to check in early, please contact the hotel in advance. (The early check-in fee is typically 10,000 KRW per hour; an additional room rental fee applies for stays of 2 hours or more.)

Event Room room types are assigned randomly, and access is for pedestrians only.

If you arrive by car after booking an Event Room, a separate parking fee will apply. (20,000 won)

Event Rooms are available exclusively at a discounted rate for reservations; advance booking through NOL is required. (On-site payment is not accepted.)

Additional fees will apply if you arrive before your check-in time. Please confirm your check-in time before making a reservation.

In addition to our regular disinfection procedures, we are conducting additional in-house disinfection to improve the quality of hygiene management and prevent various infectious diseases.

We are frequently disinfecting all door handles and other surfaces frequently touched by the general public (such as the lobby entrance door, door locks and handles in each guest room, key cards, beverage refrigerators, hot food cabinets, microwaves, etc.) that are frequently touched by the general public, as well as elevator buttons, and we have placed hand sanitizer at the front desk, self-service bar, and inside elevators to actively help prevent various infectious diseases.

All rooms are equipped with a single-person bathtub, a bidet, a 55-inch smart TV, a PC, and an air purifier.

We sell umbrellas in case of rain. Don’t panic if you get caught in a sudden downpour.

Disposable toiletries for two people are available from the vending machine for 2,000 won.

You can use the microwave, coffee machine, and ice machine in the first-floor lobby.

All beverages and bottled water available on the lobby floor are provided free of charge. (Basic beverages and bottled water are also provided separately in guest rooms.)

Parking is limited to one vehicle per room. (Not available for certain event types.)

You may park starting from your scheduled check-in time; parking is not permitted after check-out time.

Early or extended parking is generally not permitted, but may be allowed at the hotel’s discretion and is subject to a fee.

If you park early or extend your parking, a separate parking fee (20,000 won or more) will apply.

If you bring a vehicle to a “No Vehicle Access” (walk-only) room, a separate parking fee (20,000 won) will apply.

(Available after 5:00 PM, but may not be possible depending on parking lot conditions.)

Even for rooms where parking is permitted, vehicle entry is not allowed if you booked a “walk-in” reservation or if the parking lot is full.

Due to limited parking space and to ensure smooth parking management, you must hand over your car keys upon entering the parking lot, and your vehicle may be moved.

Refusal to comply may result in restrictions on your use of the parking lot and the hotel.

Room rates and operating hours are subject to change without prior notice based on the hotel’s internal policies, same-day reservation status, and on-site conditions.

Rates may vary on public holidays and specific dates.

Rates paid on-site may differ from the NOL discounted reservation rate.

Even if you are a family, you will not be permitted to stay if any member of your party is a minor (no refunds).

In special circumstances, documentation proving family relationship may be required; please contact the hotel in advance.

Guests who are heavily intoxicated may be refused entry due to safety concerns regarding potential accidents within the guest rooms.

The entry of pets and additional guests is strictly prohibited.

If unauthorized entry is confirmed, guests will be forcibly evicted without a refund, and additional costs such as disinfection and damage compensation may apply.

The hotel is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings that are not stored at the front desk.

If clothing, except for packaged or tagged new products, and food are left in the room after check-out,

it will be considered abandoned and disposed of. Please check carefully before check-out.

When leaving, you must store your room key at the front desk. A responsibility fee (20,000 KRW) will be incurred for any damage or loss

caused by unauthorized removal. If you insert any cards or items other than the room key into the key insert of the room, it may lead to a power outage

or electrical issues in your room. Please do not insert any items other than the room key (repair costs may be charged if equipment damage is confirmed).
