Some facilities in the room were broken and not working, so we had to change rooms three times. I never heard an apology and only saw the owner frowning. When they moved us the staff were unprepared and even turned off the lights. About a month ago, when it was more expensive, I paid 140,000 won on my first visit and although it was pricey they were friendly, so I returned. This time it was a different owner and it left me feeling very upset.
