※ Due to the nature of No-HDD PCs, installing new apps other than pre-installed games is restricted. PC specifications may vary by room, and same-day refunds for this reason are not possible.

2. Check-in and Additional Occupancy Policy

Day Use: Maximum 2 guests

Information on exceeding overnight occupancy (10,000 KRW for each additional person / bedding fee separate):

Deluxe Twin (D/TW): Standard 2 guests / Maximum 3 guests

Suite (E/SW): Standard 3 guests / Maximum 4 guests

※ Rooms with one bed (single bed) cannot accommodate additional guests.

Mixed-Gender and Entry Restriction Policy (Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund):

Children, infants, and pets are not allowed.

Mixed-gender groups of 3 or more are strictly not allowed (excluding families; only same-gender groups are permitted).

3. Minor Guest Policy

Minors are strictly not allowed to enter (only allowed when accompanied by family).

ID Check: Refunds are not possible for denied entry due to not having an ID.

4. Parking Information ※The hotel's parking lot is first-come, first-served! Please understand that parking may be difficult when the lot is full.※

※Our property has limited parking space※ Only 1 vehicle per room is allowed.

When full: Please inquire at the front desk before parking elsewhere.

Caution: The hotel is not responsible for fines incurred due to external parking.

Attention to customers who booked through other platforms: If you do not select 'vehicle visit' when booking, the system will register it as a 'walk-in booking'. In this case, you may have difficulty using the parking lot and will need to park externally before checking in.

5. Hotel Usage Rules and Cancellation/Refund Policy

All Rooms Non-Smoking:

For a pleasant environment, all rooms are non-smoking. If caught smoking, guests will be asked to vacate immediately, and a cleaning fee will be charged.

Non-refundable on Same Day:

Our hotel does not allow same-day cancellations or refunds under any circumstances. (If staying for multiple nights, additional night fees may apply, so please inquire at the front desk in advance.)

Caution for Lost Items:

The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables not entrusted to the front desk.

Lost items found in rooms will be stored for 15 days and then automatically discarded, so please contact us immediately if you wish to retrieve them.

Lost Room Key:

A 10,000 KRW fee will be charged for a lost key, so please keep it carefully.
