1. Check-out Information

Check-out is at 12:00 PM the following day (11:00 AM for party rooms), and check-out extensions are not permitted.

Upon check-out, please sort your trash into the bags provided in the room and gather them in one place.

2. Safety Guidelines for Guest Rooms

Please be advised that the hotel is not liable for any accidents in guest rooms caused by guest negligence.

Please exercise caution as the areas around the in-room pool and in the bathroom may be slippery.

Parents or guardians accompanying children must ensure that children do not slip.

Leaving infants unattended is dangerous. Please be careful to prevent them from entering the water alone and drowning while you are not paying attention.

3. Information on Additional Fees for Party Rooms

Room rates are based on occupancy for four guests.

The additional fee for each extra guest is 30,000 won, and full payment is required prior to check-in.

Falsely reporting the number of guests will result in immediate eviction.

Please be advised that we independently verify the number of guests entering the room.

4. Bedding Information

Penthouse: Unit 1501 – 3 double beds; Unit 1502 – 4 double beds

Pool Villa Suite: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, or 1 queen bed

Spa Suite: 1 double bed

(Among the three Pool Villa Suites, Room 1301 is triangular in shape and smaller than the other rooms. Please check the images and keep this in mind when booking.)

5. Pool Water Temperature Guidelines (Pool Villa Suite, Penthouse)

- Summer (June–September): No heated water provided.

- Winter (October–May): Lukewarm water provided.

6. Compensation for Room Damage (Applies to Both Standard and Deluxe Rooms)

Attaching balloons or decorations to the room is strictly prohibited. (A charge of 50,000 won will be assessed if balloons are popped or decorations are found attached.)

Compensation will be charged for damage to walls or stains caused by foreign substances.

Guests are responsible for full compensation for any damage to furnishings occurring after check-in.

Depending on the extent of the damage or destruction, guests may be responsible for room charges during the repair period.

If foreign objects are placed in the 12th-floor spa (bath additives prohibited) or the 13th- and 15th-floor swimming pools, a special cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged.

Cooking inside guest rooms is strictly prohibited. (No kitchenware is provided in guest rooms.)

Pets are not allowed in the rooms; if discovered, you will be required to check out immediately.

If you violate any of the above rules and are found to have done so, you will be charged for any resulting losses.

The room will be inspected upon your checkout. If any damage is found, you will be notified, and the charges will be billed to the credit card used for your reservation.

The Spa Suite can accommodate up to 6 guests. (Parking for up to 3 vehicles)

The Pool Villa Suite can accommodate up to 8 guests. (Parking for up to 4 vehicles)

The Penthouse can accommodate up to 10 guests (parking for up to 5 vehicles).

The karaoke machine is available until midnight.

Karaoke is not permitted in the morning due to noise.

If you are arriving on foot but bring a car, an additional fee of 5,000 won will apply.

Partiz Classic/Walking Tour Package: Rooms are assigned randomly and may include rooms without a sauna; subject to room availability.

Suite Twin – Based on 2 guests (up to 3 guests allowed; an additional fee of 10,000 won applies for 3 guests and must be paid upon check-in). Stays of 4 or more guests are not permitted, even for a short time.

To ensure smooth operation from a hotel management perspective, the use of the whirlpool is prohibited.

It can be used as a standard bathtub.
