I went on a trip to Wando with a friend and stayed one night at Corner Residence. It was much better than I expected. I saw reviews saying the heating was weak so I was a little worried, but when we got there the temperature control was free to adjust and it warmed up quickly, so we stayed comfortably without feeling cold at all. The room was clean and great for two people to relax in; it felt like the perfect place for a one-night stay. I will probably use it again when I come to Wando 😁
I booked the accommodation late, but they were kind from start to finish, so I am really grateful. Thanks to that, I was in a good mood from the moment I arrived and could enjoy my stay. The place was clean and comfortable, and I rested well without any inconvenience. It felt like everything was managed carefully, which made me even more satisfied. Both the staff friendliness and the condition of the accommodation were excellent, so I definitely want to visit again. I had a great time!
The room was completely clean and quiet, which I liked. Parking was convenient, and the surrounding area seems to be Wando's downtown with many shops—there was nothing missing. The accommodation facilities are well set up and really clean. I actually have dust allergies and rhinitis, so I'm sensitive to dust and cleanliness, but I slept soundly and comfortably without sneezing once. Also, I love coffee and always look for it wherever I go, and having a cafe on the 1st floor was very convenient and great. I think the coffee tasted so good that it made a difference. Finally, the amenities you receive at check-in seemed much better than what you get at hotels. I wanted to ask for one to take with me when I checked out haha. If I get the chance, I would definitely stay again—200% intention to return~~

Additional guest fees will be charged after the accommodation confirms the final number of guests.
Adults (1 person) = 35,000 KRW, Students (1 person) = 25,000 KRW.
Children under school age are free. If only bedding is added separately, it is 15,000 KRW per set.
The counter (coffee shop on the 1st floor) operates until 10:00 PM.
For guests arriving after this time, please contact us in advance.
Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
For arrivals after this time, please contact us in advance.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM / Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
The residence cleaning time is from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, so please observe these times for smooth operation.
Exceeding the maximum occupancy (including infants and toddlers) set for each room is strictly prohibited, and no guests beyond the reserved number are allowed to enter the residence.
Room availability may not be 100% accurate due to the nature of real-time bookings.
In some cases, duplicate bookings may occur, in which case the reservation that was paid first will take precedence.
All rooms and the entire building of the hotel are strictly non-smoking areas. A cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged for smoking. (This measure is for the health and comfort of our guests, and we ask for your understanding.) Compensation for damages may be charged in case of severe damage, breakage of items, or severe staining/contamination of bedding.
Please use the rooms and other facilities cleanly for the comfort of other guests.
Please refrain from excessive entertainment, drinking, and loud noises to avoid disturbing other guests.

Room rates are based on the standard occupancy for each room, and for special rooms like party rooms, direct confirmation of the number of guests is required.
An additional fee may be charged on-site if the standard occupancy is exceeded.
For minors, please confirm their eligibility to stay directly with the affiliated property before proceeding with the reservation.
Cancellations/refunds are not available for refused entry due to minors booking mixed-gender rooms.
According to the comfortable and safe residence operating policy, entry exceeding the maximum occupancy is prohibited.
Please note that guests are responsible for the facilities during their use.
Guests are responsible for the loss of their valuables; please manage them carefully.
Please notify staff or the counter if any facilities are damaged or broken.
For the consideration of other rooms and guests, pets are unfortunately not allowed. We ask for your understanding.
Minors are not permitted to stay without an accompanying guardian. Upon check-out, please separate all trash, including food waste, and clean any kitchen utensils you have used.
You must have your room inspected upon check-out. After inspection, please return the room key. (A penalty will be incurred if the key is lost.)
Reservations may become unavailable or be canceled depending on the booking situation after purchase. After purchasing, please be sure to confirm the reservation status with the hotel.
(In case of cancellation for this reason, a 100% refund is possible even on the day of reservation, but no other compensation is available, so please be sure to confirm the reservation status.)
