This is a small hotel with an excellent location where you can experience a park, a lake, and the sea.

Selected as THE BEST excellent accommodation for 4 consecutive years since 2020.

8:00 AM – 9:30 AM / Breakfast is available only at the designated area on the 1st floor.

Weekdays: Cream soup, scrambled eggs, homemade corn sausage, whole wheat toast, pickles, cereal, milk, juices, cup noodles

Weekends: Soup, fried rice, scrambled eggs, homemade corn sausage, whole wheat toast, pickles, pineapple, cereal, milk, juices, cup noodles, yogurt

-Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Please use the kiosk after 10:00 PM.

Check-out is until 11:00 AM.

-Early Check-in and Late Check-out: 10,000 KRW per hour / Subject to availability on-site.

-Front desk service hours are 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

After 10:00 PM, please use the unmanned control system at the kiosk.

-Additional Towel Use: Up to 2 additional towels are provided free of charge per room. An extra fee will be charged for additional requests.

- Room Gown Use: Room gowns are available for a fee at the front desk. Please inquire at the front desk if you wish to use one.

-OTT available (login with personal account)

-In-room amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, razor, shower towel, comb, 2 toothbrush sets)

If the hotel parking lot is full, you can use the public parking lot next to the hotel (Expo Public Parking Lot No. 4) for free.

- If you exceed the maximum occupancy, please inquire with the hotel about availability.

If you exceed the maximum occupancy per room type (regardless of age), entry will be denied, and if caught, you will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

(Exceeding the maximum occupancy can lead to increased density, causing various issues such as noise and inter-floor noise to neighboring and downstairs rooms.)

-Co-ed lodging for 3 or more guests, excluding immediate family, is not allowed.

Seafood such as king crab, snow crab, skate, and shellfish are prohibited in the hotel (rooms).

For smoking, please use the outdoor parking lot on the 1st floor.

Smoking in the hotel (rooms) will incur a cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW or result in immediate eviction for the comfort of other guests.

Rooms are assigned fairly in the order of booking time.

Suite rooms are assigned to the highest floor, the 6th floor.

Other rooms are assigned in the order of 5th floor, 3rd floor, 2nd floor.

Please inquire about availability before making a reservation.

From early November, the ceiling-mounted system air conditioner's heating/cooling setting will be switched to heating. If it gets hot due to a large daily temperature difference,

please turn off the heating or contact the front desk for assistance.

For guests staying multiple nights, cleaning is only available if you leave the room before 11:00 AM and keep it vacant until 3:00 PM.

If your departure is not confirmed by 11:00 AM, the room will automatically be marked as 'no cleaning available'.

The Private Bunker Family Room is a multi-night stay only product where cleaning is not available during your stay.

Moving any facilities within the room, especially beds, sofas, and tables, is prohibited.

Furniture can be damaged by warping when moved, and various damages such as peeling of the floor and wallpaper can occur during relocation.

If damage is confirmed, a damage claim may be charged.

Running or leaning on glass railings is prohibited for safety reasons.

Entry is not permitted if the maximum occupancy for each room type is exceeded, and extra blankets are not provided.
