1. Minors under the age of 19 may stay only if accompanied by a guardian who is their legal representative under the Civil Code (parent or legal guardian) or if they have the guardian’s consent.
2. Providing false information or forging this Accommodation Consent Form for a minor may result in civil and criminal liability in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
3. Even if this consent form is submitted, sharing a room with a member of the opposite sex (regardless of whether the person is a minor or an adult) is not permitted. Please be aware that if you are caught sharing a room with a member of the opposite sex, you will be immediately asked to check out.
4. Minors are prohibited from consuming alcohol. Please note that failure to comply will result in immediate dismissal from the premises.
5. Accommodation is not permitted for minors other than those listed in the accommodation details and consent form.
6. In addition to this consent form, the following documents must be submitted for a minor’s accommodation:
(1) One original copy of the Minor Accommodation Consent Form
(2) One copy of each guardian’s ID (all guardians) ※ Please black out the last digits of the resident registration number before copying.
(3) One copy of a family relationship certificate or other supporting documents verifying the relationship between the guardian and the minor

· A fee of 11,000 won per hour will be charged for late check-out. (Check-out after 3:00 PM will be charged as an additional night’s stay.)
· Early check-in and late check-out may be restricted during peak seasons.

· Additional guests (ages 8 and up; up to 2 guests allowed): 11,000 KRW per person
· Additional bedding (up to 2 sets): 16,500 won per set

Seems like the perfect place for a large family trip🩵 The parents and the children were very satisfied with the accommodation.
I am always satisfied with this accommodation.
The surrounding scenery is beautiful.
Overall it is great for families and couples, and children will really like it. It is also a very good place to come with a dog.
We visited for a family trip and the relaxed, quiet atmosphere was wonderful! Perfect for visiting with a dog and a baby! The front desk staff were very kind and pleasant 🫶🏻 I want to visit again!
It was a weekday stay, so it was quieter. The walking trails were nice and there were animal friends too! A great place for a family trip! Since it was a standalone unit there was no noise from other floors, and the car was right next to it so it was very convenient to get around.
I stayed with my parents and family, including a 14-month-old child. The room condition was good and the staff were very friendly. It was conveniently located near tourist spots, and there was a fun experience of feeding the animals.
Good to visit with parents.
This place is not a crowded tourist spot but has a nice quiet and peaceful feel.
I stayed on the first floor of the Bern row-house unit, but persistent foot stomping, running, and furniture-dragging noises from upstairs forced us to move to a room in another building. Next time, unless it is a detached unit like Lucerne or Basel, I don't think I'll go to Seorak Valley.
