About this property

Black Beam Hotel was created by Korean architect Kijunkim (http://www.kijunkim.com), who has an architectural firm in Europe. He wanted to create a European boutique hotel in Korea that combined the restrained sophistication of modern Europe with glamorous lighting, so he chose luxurious dark grey (black) and elegant light (beam) as his themes. 1. All rooms at Black Beam feature a dressing room structure (bedroom, bathroom, and makeup room are separate). Kijunkim didn't just focus on the exterior. He wanted a dressing room structure that prioritized convenience and privacy, even if it meant higher construction costs. 2. Europe's top mattresses, Simmons and Tempur, are used. What is the most basic pleasure a hotel can offer? Kijunkim, after living in Europe for a long time, answered 'the bed'. While standard beds offer a firm feel, luxurious Simmons beds provide the softness of sleeping on clouds, and Europe's most beloved Tempur beds offer the unique experience of sinking into mud. (Applies to bed rooms only) 3. He wanted the world's best 75-inch Korean TV. Kijunkim said that while working in Europe, he felt proud seeing Korean products gain recognition. Therefore, he always uses Korean phones and home appliances. For Black Beam, he requested a 75-inch LG TV. (Applies to 75TV rooms only) 4. DUPLEX SUITE (Duplex Rooms) European architecture often features high ceilings, leading to many duplex hotels that offer a cozy and warm feeling, but this was rare in Korea due to lower ceiling heights. Kijunkim created a small number of duplex rooms that offer a comfortable feel, even if it meant lower profitability. Furthermore, even with the high cost, the design is based on a steel frame structure that can withstand the weight of an elephant.

Glamping Duplex can accommodate up to 6 people, 4+ people.

For duplex rooms, only guests of the same gender are allowed (no mixed-gender stays).

Standard, Deluxe, and Suite rooms can accommodate up to 2 people only.

If you book 2 or more Standard, Deluxe, or Suite rooms, more than 3 people cannot check into one room.

Changing the number of guests upon check-in is also not allowed. (Duplex, Glamping: no changes to the number of guests upon check-in).

Immediate forced eviction without a refund will occur. Please confirm this and enjoy Black Beam without inconvenience.

P.S.: I drove here... If I booked via app/web, I'm already adult-certified and registered, right? Countless minors still sign up under their parents', older siblings', or other relatives' names and drive to visit. Adult certification is completely impossible via app/web accounts and bookings!!

Please understand that only 1 vehicle per room is allowed for parking.

Parking is available from the designated check-in time, and early parking is not possible.

Prohibited items in rooms: Candles, fireworks, balloons, and similar items are not allowed. Items that pose a fire hazard or cause inconvenience to other rooms are prohibited. We ask for your understanding.

You will be responsible for compensation if there is any damage to the room or its contents.

Any actions that damage Blackbeam, such as bedding stains from hair dye, floor & wallpaper stains, wallpaper or glass damage from balloon use (sticker tape, etc.).

You will be held fully responsible for the loss of business income, as well as the cost of restoration.

No accompanying pets such as dogs, cats, or pet reptiles are allowed.: We ask for your understanding.

Bicycles and kickboards (including electric) are prohibited in rooms.

All means of transport, including (electric) bicycles and (electric) kickboards, are prohibited in rooms.
