Up to 17:00, 8 days before check-in date: 100% refund

After 17:00, 8 days before check-in date ~ up to 17:00, 5 days before check-in date: 90% refund

After 17:00, 7 days before check-in date ~ up to 17:00, 5 days before check-in date: 70% refund

After 17:00, 5 days before check-in date ~ up to 17:00, 3 days before check-in date: 50% refund

After 17:00, 3 days before check-in date ~ up to 17:00, 1 day before check-in date: 20% refund

After 17:00, 1 day before check-in date ~ on the day of check-in & No-show: Non-refundable

A fee may be incurred for cancellations or refunds.

No cancellation fee will be charged if canceled within 10 minutes of booking (excluding after check-in time has passed).

After 10 minutes from booking, the property's cancellation and refund policy applies.

The hotel is not responsible for any lost or misplaced valuables.

Please request storage at the front desk at check-in or exercise extreme caution.

If lost or found items are secured by the hotel, they will be returned upon simple verification of guest stay and item characteristics if they match.

Food items are disposed of on the same day, so they are not kept beyond the day of discovery.
