I stayed here on short notice because I had urgent business in Daegu. The staff were friendly and everything else was fine, but the water pressure was disappointing.
Overall the accommodation was good. The bedding was fairly clean and the parking lot was spacious. However, when we checked in it seemed like it hadn't been long since cleaning: the bathroom was full of moisture, and the trash can in the room was wet which was embarrassing. Also the bathroom trash can wasn't secured, so I had to use it like that :(
Of all the places I've used so far, this was fairly low quality. The room was small, and I could clearly hear the neighbors making quiet noises next door.

I booked this place last-minute, but it was great.
I booked this property for 2 nights and 3 days through Yanolja and completed payment before arriving. However, during check-in I was suddenly told that an additional fee of 10,000 won must be paid for stays of 2 nights or more. This was never disclosed during the booking process, and if it was not clearly communicated in advance, shouldn’t it have been included in the price from the start? The staff said it was listed in Yanolja notices, but I don’t think customers can be expected to find and read a notice placed in an inconspicuous spot during the booking process. In the end I had no choice but to pay the extra fee. There was also a notice inside the elevator stating "Yanolja reservation prohibited accommodation," so I do not understand why bookings were still possible. I took photos of this. The room condition was also very disappointing. The bed cover was yellowed, and there was hair that appeared to belong to a woman, so the cleanliness was poor. Additionally, the lights went off unexpectedly several times during the stay, which was very inconvenient. Overall I felt the service and management were very inadequate for the price, and I think this is a property that requires careful verification before booking.
