The owner is really very kind! Above all, many other motels had a lingering cigarette smell that made them unpleasant, but here there was no cigarette smell at all, which was great. There was even an air purifier, so it seemed the owner pays a lot of attention to odor control. Each floor has a microwave, and the front desk on the 5th floor had sliced bread, coffee, and various snacks ready, so it was convenient for a quick bite. I am very sensitive to smells, so thanks to that I was able to rest comfortably.
The room was clean and quiet, which I liked.

It was clean and nice.
It is near Icheon Terminal and has parking down to three basement levels, so parking is more convenient than nearby motels. However, before evening there are many cars because of shopping mall customers. Other than the bathroom door not closing properly, the facilities are clean and good.
I stopped here while traveling nearby and rested well.
I chose Number25 because it is a chain, but you cannot trust that. Facility issues like a broken charger aside, shouldn't there be at least basic cleaning? I checked in late at night and it looked like the previous day-use guest had just left; there was no cleaning at all. An empty drink can was left as is, there were hairs as usual, and even tissue stuck in the pillow seam... Please at least remove traces of the previous guest. It was dirty and made me feel gross.
I had a fairly comfortable stay!
I stayed here on a business trip and had a good stay. I like that there is sliced bread, coffee, and ice available for a quick snack.

Underground parking is available on B1, B2, and B3 floors within the commercial building.
Please register your vehicle at the hotel front desk as an unmanned payment system is in operation.
Unregistered vehicles will incur parking fees.
In case of full occupancy, please wait a moment, and you can park immediately when another vehicle exits.
On weekdays around 6 PM, due to the nature of the commercial building, there may be a waiting time for entry.
Parking is more convenient after 8 PM, so we appreciate your understanding.
