※ Smoking in the room will incur a 150,000 KRW charge (per night) and compensation for lost sales due to cigarette smell for the period the room cannot be sold (minimum 3 nights' room charge will be applied).

※ Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

An additional charge of 10,000 KRW per hour will be incurred for check-out after 11:00 AM.

※Due to regulations on disposable items, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors are not provided. (Available for separate purchase)

※Additional charges will be incurred if room items are contaminated or damaged, including towels, bedding, or carpets stained with blood or food. Similar to the issue of hygiene with delivery food, Winstory prioritizes your health and hygiene, ensuring cleanliness from collection and washing of towels and bedding to their placement in the rooms, not just making them appear clean after the washing process. Due to viruses, both personal hygiene and public hygiene are crucial, so please be mindful.

※ All rooms are equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine.

A washing machine usage fee of 3,000 KRW applies, but it's free for stays of 3 nights or more. Drying racks are available for rent upon request at the front desk.

When using the washing machine, one detergent capsule and a drying rack are provided / one single-use laundry detergent is sold for 1,000 KRW (limited to washing machine users)
