Room rates are based on the standard occupancy for each room type; for special rooms such as party rooms, direct confirmation of the number of occupants is required.
An additional fee may be charged on-site if the standard occupancy is exceeded.
Minors must confirm their eligibility for entry directly with the affiliated property before proceeding with a reservation.
Cancellations/refunds are not possible for denied entry due to mixed-gender reservations involving minors.
In case of cancellation due to the affiliated property's circumstances, a 100% refund will be processed.
