I really enjoyed the soft tofu at breakfast.
Cleanliness, friendliness, comfort... all good.
For an older facility, it was clean and nice.
I first visited for a workshop at Gaya Hotel. The surrounding mountains are beautiful and I wanted to visit Haeinsa, so I had been planning to come with my family and finally did. For dinner we ate pork belly in the annex, and for breakfast we ordered the breakfast and had hangover soup. The sauna was also nice. In the morning we walked around the wild plant garden early and then went to Haeinsa. Excellent value for money.
I rested very comfortably. The room was clean and tidy, just to my liking... The surrounding facilities were also pleasing, so it was truly healing. If I have the chance, I will use it again. Thank you.
Reasonably priced, great view, and the restaurant is good.
It is an old hotel, but it is well maintained.

Dinner was good and the sauna was nice. The room air felt a bit stuffy, but that might just be my personal sensitivity? I wanted to enjoy an outdoor beer when the weather was nice.

I rest well every time I visit. If it hadn't rained, I could have enjoyed the Gayasan scenery a bit, which is a shame. Next time..
While traveling with my family, we urgently looked for accommodation in Seongju and booked Gaya Hotel! There are many pensions and motels around Seongju, so I hesitated, but it looked clean as a hotel so I chose it. When we actually visited, the rooms were tidy and quiet, so it was easy to rest comfortably. The hotel also has a sauna facility, which was good for relieving fatigue after traveling or activities. There is also a convenience store, so it was convenient to buy simple snacks or needed items right away. Right next door is a restaurant called Hangukgwan, so it was nice to handle meals without going far. If you are looking for clean accommodation in Seongju, this seems like a safe choice.
