Room Reservation Guide

While walk-ins are accepted, priority is given to guests with reservations, so booking in advance is recommended for your convenience.

After making a real-time reservation, your booking is complete once you transfer the room reservation fee to the designated account.

If the full reservation deposit is not received within 24 hours, the reservation will be automatically canceled.(For weekend stays, payment must be completed immediately upon booking, at least two days in advance.)

Payments must be made under the name of the person who made the reservation. (If the payment is made under a different name, please be sure to contact us.)

If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, access may be restricted, and you may be asked to check out; in such cases, no refunds will be issued.

The fee for using the charcoal and grill set is 20,000 won per session for 2–4 people. (Additional fees may apply for more than 4 people.)

Check-in and Check-out Guidelines

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

(Cleaning takes place from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, so please strictly adhere to the check-in and check-out times to ensure the smooth operation of the guesthouse.)

If you plan to arrive after 11:00 PM, please contact us in advance. (Phone inquiries are accepted only until 10:00 PM.)

Before checking out, please check carefully to ensure you haven’t left anything behind, and please return all facilities and supplies to their original places as much as possible.

Please be sure to return your key upon checkout, and let us know if any items were damaged or if you experienced any issues so we can take note.

When you check out, please sort all trash and place it in the recycling bins on the first floor.

Cooking is not permitted inside the hotel. (Please use the outdoor communal kitchen.)

If the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy, an additional fee of 10,000 won per person will be charged.

Reservations for private cottages can only be made by phone.

We welcome group reservations for retreats, workshops, and outings.
