The place was very decent and good value for the price.

I come here every time and it's nice. I had a great stay.

- Occupancy is limited to 2 people per room (movement between rooms is prohibited).
- All rooms except twin rooms are based on 2 people and cannot exceed a maximum of 3 people.
- An additional fee (10,000 KRW on weekdays, 20,000 KRW on weekends) will be charged for additional guests.
- Rooms are assigned randomly within the same room type based on availability on the check-in date.
- An additional fee applies for consecutive nights.
- Minors (including same-sex parties) are not allowed to stay.
- Use is restricted if you do not bring identification, and cancellations or refunds are not possible for this reason.
- Identification can only be confirmed with a physical ID (resident registration card, driver's license, passport) or mobile ID.
- Co-ed groups of 3 or more, excluding families, are not allowed.
- Additional charge for children aged 6 and under is free.

- All areas within the building, including guest rooms (and bathrooms), are non-smoking. This hotel strictly enforces a policy of immediate check-out without refund and liability for damages in case of violation.
Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction, no refund, and future denial of entry to the hotel if it causes disputes over refunds, disruption of business, or noise to other rooms.
- Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in the room. If additional disposable items are needed, they can be purchased for a fee at the amenity vending machine located in the 1st-floor lobby.
- The maximum occupancy per room is 2 people (excluding twin rooms).
Even if companions stay in separate rooms, movement between rooms, drinking, socializing, and dining are not permitted. Failure to comply will result in forced eviction (including reasons for police intervention) and no refund.
- In case of damage or loss of items in the room, liability for compensation will be based on the original purchase price.
Fire alarms are very sensitive, so smoking in the room, burning paper, lighting fires, and all activities that produce smoke are strictly prohibited. All responsibility arising from this rests with the guest.
If food is consumed in the room, all responsibility for contamination of wallpaper and the interior of the room (including linens) resulting in damage claims rests with the guest.
- For consecutive night guests, cleaning requests can be made at the front desk before leaving.
- Parking is available for 1 car per room, and an additional fee will be charged for additional vehicles.
