First, it says an OTT streaming service is available, but that's false. Also, the air conditioner looks more than 10 years old and seems never cleaned. The bathroom light does not turn on separately, so going to the bathroom at night is good for waking your companions, and the water pressure is extremely weak — what should have taken 10 minutes to wash took 25 minutes.

Reservation Cancellation: Please contact the hotel if you plan to check in after 11:00 PM. If we do not receive notification, your reservation will be automatically canceled without a refund, as it will be considered a no-show.

Additional guest fee (ages 5 and up): 20,000 KRW per person - Payment at the hotel
Disposable items available for a fee: toothbrushes, razors, etc.
All additional charges must be paid at the hotel

Rooms for the “Event” (walk-in only) promotion will be assigned by the hotel at check-in.
