From January 1, 2024, the pet accompaniment fee will increase to KRW 50,000. (Available room types: Deluxe Double, Premier Twin)
Ramada Namdaemun only allows small dogs (under 10kg) and they must not have any contagious diseases.
If staff assistance is required in the room, your pet must be secured in a cage or on a leash for their safety.
Pets are strictly restricted in public areas and must be on a leash, carried in arms, or transported in a cage in areas such as the lobby, hallways, and elevators.
Pets must never be left alone inside or outside the room. The hotel and its staff are not responsible for accidents due to guardian negligence or loss of accompanying pets.
Any pet waste must be immediately cleaned up when defecating inside or outside the hotel.
Pets showing excessive barking or aggression towards other pets or people may be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
Guardians are solely responsible for any damage or harm to the hotel caused by their pet, and are also solely responsible for other guests or pets harmed by their pet.
Guardians agree to indemnify the hotel entity for any actual losses, demands, damages, liabilities, expenses, and costs (including agent/attorney fees and litigation costs) arising from the pet's stay at the hotel.
If an accompanying pet causes harm to other guests or pets, or if an accident occurs, resolution is primarily between the involved parties, and the hotel and its staff cannot be held responsible.
Admission is based on one pet per room, with a maximum of two pets allowed. An additional disinfection fee of KRW 50,000 per pet per night applies.
Upon check-in, two potty pads and waste bags are provided free of charge per night.
Please agree to register a guarantee card for pet room use upon check-in. In case of damage to the room interior or amenities caused by the pet, the amount for the damaged items will be deducted from the deposit. (If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, additional charges will apply)
Furthermore, if cleaning or repair is required due to stains or damage caused by the pet, please agree to any payment determined at the hotel's discretion.
Free parking for 1 car per room (additional KRW 20,000 per day for each additional car)

I booked this place to walk to Namdaemun; it was within walking distance so that was nice, and the staff were friendly.
I really like it~~ The location is great~~!!
It was quiet and I was able to rest comfortably.
It was clean and nice I also recommend the breakfast.
A room with four beds is rare, so it was nice that this place had one. However, the cleaning was a bit lacking. The breakfast was also delicious.
The bedding was clean and there were lots of restaurants nearby, which was great.
The staff were friendly and the room was spacious, so I liked it.
The place was tidy and I slept comfortably. The shops nearby close early, though, which was a pity.
It was great — very atmospheric and I loved it!
The location is not extremely close to Seoul Station but it's fairly near, and it offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is tasty. The facilities are also decent.
