Amenities and Services

All rooms are fully equipped with top-of-the-line FloTop double king-size beds.

All rooms are equipped with Samsung system air conditioners and Samsung air purifiers.

Separate smoking floors (2nd–5th floors) are available.

Standard rooms feature automatic Netflix login; Deluxe rooms and above feature automatic login for 6 OTT services (Netflix, Disney+, Watcha, TVING, Apple TV, YouTube).

Microwave, bidet, hair straightener (available for rent), and Wi-Fi are provided in all rooms.

Wall-mounted showers are not available in any room. Standard bathtubs are available for use.

Pets are not allowed!

Candles are prohibited in guest rooms (no open flames). If caught using them, you will be held liable for damages.

Hair dyeing is prohibited in guest rooms! If caught using hair dye, you will be held liable for damages.

Our high-end VIP rooms, VIP rooms, and couples’ PC rooms have newly opened.

All rooms feature central heating and cooling systems.

High-End VIP Room (Equipped with a massage chair and an Air Dresser, this room offers unobstructed views of Bulamsan and Suraksan Mountains and provides a comfortable retreat with high-end interior design.)

Couples’ PC Room (A high-spec couples’ PC room has been set up inside the room, just like a real PC café.)

Non-smoking rooms are available (non-smoking and smoking rooms cannot be pre-selected).

Non-smoking rooms may not be available during peak booking periods. (You can book a non-smoking room by selecting a VIP or high-end room.)

Room rates for Standard and Deluxe Rooms are based on double occupancy (2 guests per room) (No additional guests allowed in Standard Rooms)

Twin Rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests (only families or same-sex groups may stay in a Twin Room with 3 guests)

(Mixed-gender occupancy is prohibited for 3-person stays)

Check-in will be denied if you do not present a valid ID (copies or photos are not accepted). (Cancellations and refunds are not permitted.)

Reservations made by minors will be refused. (No refunds for cancellations.)

Vehicles are permitted during your stay, but only one vehicle per room may be parked (advance parking is not allowed).

(An additional room charge will apply for early parking.)

Motorcycle parking is not permitted. (Parking in front of the hotel is prohibited.)

(Certain vehicles—such as RVs, large off-road vehicles, Ford F-150s, ST1s, Kans, pickup trucks, and other extra-large vehicles—are not permitted to park.)

Standard Room: 2 guests; Deluxe Room: 2 guests; Twin Room: up to 3 guests (3 guests allowed only for families or same-sex groups)

(Mixed-gender occupancy by 3 guests is prohibited)

An additional fee applies for guests aged 8 and older when occupying a Deluxe Room with 3 guests.
