They said they slept well Next time as well.
The facilities seem somewhat old. The toilet lid slams with a thud when you close it, and the shower room light does not turn on. If you could do a little maintenance, it would be much more comfortable~^^
The accommodation is clean, parking is easy, and there are many places to eat nearby.
It used to be so-so, but the deluxe was nice. I will choose deluxe next time as well.
The service is lacking, and the main options— the computer and the styler— do not work well.

Sudden malfunctions of electronic devices such as stylers and air purifiers cannot be immediately resolved by the hotel. The unavailability of electronic devices included as room options is not a valid reason for a refund; please keep this in mind when booking.
When booking a randomly assigned room, specific room types cannot be designated, and room changes are not permitted. If you desire a specific room, you must book that room type. Requesting a specific room or room change after booking a randomly assigned room may incur additional charges, and such requests may not be accommodated depending on room availability and hotel situation.
Even within the same room type, the design may vary by room number compared to the photos. Room changes or refunds are not possible due to such variations.

All rooms have access to Netflix/TVING/Disney+/Watcha. Corporate Netflix accounts are currently restricted from providing IDs, so only personal Netflix accounts can be used. Other OTT services are available for normal viewing; we ask for your understanding.
For accommodation bookings (excluding Walk-In Special), one car can be parked per room, but parking may not be possible depending on the vehicle type (advance inquiry required).
An additional fee of 20,000 KRW will be charged if you arrive by car after booking a Walk-In Special, and parking may not be available depending on hotel reservation status.
Additional vehicles will incur an extra charge of 20,000 KRW per vehicle, and additional parking is not possible if the parking lot is full.
If you arrive more than one hour before check-in to park first, a parking fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged (per vehicle).
Please note that even if you book a room type other than the Walk-In Special, parking may be difficult if the outdoor parking lot is full (Non-refundable).
For large vehicles such as electric cars, trucks, and Starex, prior inquiry with the hotel is required to confirm availability (Non-refundable).
If the outdoor parking lot is full, parking is not possible for any vehicle type (Non-refundable).
Refunds are not possible due to unfamiliarity with these terms.
