I had a good rest~~ It was clean and nice.

I liked it. Good. It was okay.

I enjoyed a clean, comfortable stay at a low weekday price.

Even one star feels too generous, but I'm writing this review. The male staff's service is terrible. I left a charger and went back to look for it four hours after checkout. It was our mistake to leave it, but couldn't he at least say he'd check if it could be found? If he had just said, "I will check and contact you, it seems like there isn't one," I wouldn't have been angry, but responses like "How would I know" and "I wasn't the one who cleaned"—is that an appropriate attitude? The charger could be gone. The cleaner might have thrown it away. They might not have flexibility like holding lost items for a day or two, or a systematic management process. But since this is a service job, I wish he would stop using language that only makes guests feel worse.

I don't remember any special notes. It was uneventful and seems good for the price.

The accommodation is very pretty and lovely. The furniture and accessories all seem to be good quality. You can tell a lot of care was put into the details.

It is clean. It is quiet. Some guests were a bit noisy in the early morning. The staff are friendly.

Overall the room condition is neat. The bedding is cozy. It was very soft, so I liked it.

⭐️Absolute number one place I never want to visit again⭐️ There were no parking spots, so three groups were stuck not knowing what to do. When we called a staff member, they acted like they didn't care. We parked in a nearby public lot and asked them to cover the fee, but the owner said they would not pay. When we asked for the owner's phone number to speak directly, they completely ignored us. Maybe that person thinks they are the owner? The room condition was awful: the bed was dusty and there was no top blanket. The bathroom was clogged, and the conditioner smelled strange from being old. You can hear everything from the next room, and the bathroom water noise is loud 24 hours. When we asked to change rooms, they said none were available because they were all full. I usually avoid leaving reviews, but this was so bad I had to write one. In the owner's reply they pasted a comment like "If you had told the front desk they would have taken care of it," but what good is telling them now??? They did not even bother to take any action, haha. Thanks to them I had the worst experience. Just go to a nearby jjimjilbang instead.
