Only 1 car per room can be parked (no parking for 2 or more cars)

Parking is generally available only from check-in to check-out time.

Early parking may be possible depending on the reservation date, so please inquire before parking.

Vehicles without car keys (Socar, vehicles that can only be operated with a mobile phone) cannot be parked as parking arrangement is required.

Parking is absolutely not possible if you select 'Walk-In Special' and then visit by car.

Same-day reservations cannot be canceled or changed, and no cancellations or refunds are possible due to unfamiliarity with notices or inability to check in.

For reservations with a past date, cancellations or changes are not possible for any reason, including No-Show or payment information changes (re-payment after card change).

A check-out call will be made 30 minutes before check-out, and if the in-room intercom cannot be connected or is not answered, a Day Use fee will be automatically incurred.

Pre-payment is the principle, so you must make a reservation and pre-payment to use the facilities.

An additional charge of ★10,000 KRW per hour★ will be applied for extending the time separately.

restricts food or items that can cause foul odors or strong spice smells, such as seafood, dried fish, or fermented skate sashimi,

and prohibits their introduction into the rooms.

Guests are kindly requested to note and observe this point.

Despite this notice, if such items or food are found, guests will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund, or

compensation may be requested even after check-out, so please pay special attention to this.

If room sales are not possible due to such odors after check-out, room fees or cleaning fees may be charged.
