I booked for 120,000 won on the weekend, and because there were reviews saying it was cold, I asked them to raise the boiler since I'm very sensitive to cold, but in the middle of the night my back felt chilly and both my boyfriend and I woke up. They said it's central heating and 23°C is the maximum, and that they could raise it, but if 23°C is the maximum how can they raise the temperature? I stayed at Haedoejeom yesterday and even though it has the same heating system, when I asked them to raise the boiler they did it right away and it was warm, so does the boiler even run at 23°C? If they are worried about the boiler cost, how can they run a motel business? If that's the case, shouldn't they just not take guests? This isn't a cheap 40,000-won motel, so I don't understand telling guests to sleep with an electric pad on. I already felt off when there was an electric pad in the room. I paid 120,000 won and actually woke up because it was cold—I'm really pissed off.

My parents and siblings went on a trip after a long time and they liked the accommodation a lot, but the boiler turned off in the middle of the night so they could not sleep properly from the cold. I am so shocked that heating was not taken care of during such a cold winter. I chose this place because of the many great reviews, especially since I brought elderly family members, so this is disappointing. Please pay more attention to heating in winter.
