The door is opened with a key rather than an electronic lock, and the parking space is somewhat limited.
There were hairs left in the bathroom, which was disappointing. The room is about 2 pyeong (about 6.6 square meters).
The bedding is comfortable, the TV is large, and it offers good value for the price.
If we look only at a weekend Saturday rate, this place is extremely cost-effective in Wonju, offering a room for 33,000 won per night (weekday and weekend rates are the same, which might be unique in Wonju). It is less than a three-minute walk from downtown. The facilities are not modern and feel a bit rough and old-fashioned, but they are well maintained, so it was so clean that not even a mosquito came in. Soundproofing is excellent—no noise from the next room or other floors—so we were able to stay comfortably for two consecutive nights on Saturday and Sunday. I appreciate the owner for the complimentary Bacchus and small extra care for our extended stay. If I visit Wonju again, I will likely stay at Roma Motel again. I had a very comfortable rest.
Parking and the accommodation are clean, the shower room is spacious and nice. Good value for money.
There is a smell coming from the bedding and the room.
I visit every time I come to Wonju. There are many good restaurants nearby, and a convenience store and a pharmacy close by, so I really like it haha ♡
It is located in the old downtown area. It feels a bit dated, but it is well maintained, so it is a good, inexpensive place to rest for a night.
I really appreciated that they explained the parking right away. Although the building is old, it was clean and the room was cozy, and I felt the owner's care. I think I'll stay here for business trips to Wonju from now on! I slept well. Thank you.
