I had many good memories because I visited this place several times with my dog, but this stay left me very disappointed. The overall facility maintenance felt lacking, including the cleanliness of the air conditioner, insufficient usage guidance for same-day reservations, and the TV condition, and I did not get the impression that the accommodation was particularly hygienic. Even though basic services and facility maintenance that the accommodation should provide were not adequately carried out, I was charged 70,000 won for a stained comforter on the grounds that it could not be reused, which made it even more disappointing. I understand that guests can be held responsible for bedding stains, but it felt like an excessive charge given the quality of service. I had been satisfied enough to use this place several times before, but after this experience I do not think I will return.
