Very nice. I rested well and am leaving.

I’m not the type to call staff even if food tastes bad, or if I find bugs or hair, but this place honestly doesn’t even deserve one star. They wrote in their accommodation description that every room has a gaming PC with a 3060 graphics card, but when I checked the specs in the 2-PC room, one had a 3060 and the other had a 1660 Super. I know older people might not know computer specs well, and if someone who knew had explained it and admitted the listing was wrong and apologized, I wouldn’t have been so upset and I wouldn’t be writing this review. But when I called the lobby they just said something like “one is gaming and one is for office use.” From there I realized this older woman wasn’t going to understand, so I said I would talk to Yanolja customer service and hung up. Then she called back and said things like “you’re the first customer to complain about the room computers.” What am I supposed to do with that? If your room description was written in a confusing or misleading way, you should apologize first. Why are you acting like I’m the strange one? I don’t know if that short-haired older woman is the owner or an employee, but please don’t use that tone. The truly mature thing is to know when to humble yourself. Showing off your pride just makes you look older in the wrong way.
