Cancellations or refunds cannot be issued for denied check-ins resulting from reservations made by minors or mixed-gender groups.

Even in special rooms with a maximum occupancy of two or more people, mixed-gender groups of three or more are not permitted unless they are traveling as a family.

Please note that this partner property is a smoke-free building. If you are caught smoking indoors, you will be subject to a 100,000 won fine pursuant to Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act, as well as a 200,000 won cleaning fee to remove odors, and you will be asked to vacate the premises.

Compensation may be required for excessive damage to linens, wallpaper, or furniture. The use of tape for events or fire hazards such as fireworks is prohibited; you may be held liable for compensation in the event of damage or fire resulting from such use.

Front desk hours: 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM (Cake storage and ice packs are not available outside these hours.)

Pursuant to Article 153 of the Commercial Act, cash, other valuables, and valuables left in vehicles must, as a general rule, be deposited at the front desk; the partner establishment assumes no liability for cash or other valuables not deposited at the front desk.

A fee of 30,000 won will be charged for the loss of a room key card.

Guests may be asked to check out immediately and will not be eligible for a refund if they cause excessive noise through actions such as drinking or loud shouting.

Damage to or theft of room property may result in criminal prosecution, depending on the circumstances.

OTT services such as Netflix are available for free only on your own account.

Rooms may not be used for purposes other than lodging; please inquire in advance if you wish to film for commercial purposes.

1. Room rates are based on double occupancy; for special rooms that accommodate more than two guests, an additional fee applies for each extra guest (10,000 won per person). Bedding and linens are not provided.

2. Check-in and check-out times can be confirmed at the time of booking. Early check-in and late check-out incur additional fees (10,000 won per hour).

3. There are no additional charges for consecutive nights on weekdays. However, an additional fee of 30,000 won applies for consecutive nights on Fridays, Saturdays, the day before a public holiday, or on public holidays. Please note that the hotel assumes no liability if you are unaware of this policy.

4. In the event of a cancellation due to circumstances on the part of the partner establishment, a 100% refund will be issued.

5. Room information is subject to change at any time due to circumstances on the part of the partner establishment, and the partner establishment is not liable for any resulting inconvenience. Additionally, same-day cancellations or schedule changes due to the guest’s circumstances are not permitted.

In support of environmentally conscious ESG management, we are selling select single-use amenity sets for a fee. Please inquire at the front desk when purchasing.

Reusable products such as liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the guest rooms are available for free use.

We provide free ice packs during front desk hours!

Ice packs are available, and cakes can be stored and picked up from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

Outside these hours, the front desk is unstaffed, so we cannot provide ice packs or store/dispense cakes.

Please be sure to check your pickup time before storing your items!

Parking is limited to one vehicle per room. Additional vehicles will be charged (10,000 won per vehicle).

If you park a vehicle after booking a “Walk-In Special,” a parking fee will apply.

There are 10 indoor parking spaces and 10 outdoor parking spaces. The address for the outdoor parking lot is '110-5 Eunhaeng-dong' :)

Check-in is available only via the kiosk starting at 10:00 PM.

You must have your ID with you when checking in at the kiosk, so please be sure to bring it.

Enter the reservation number sent via text message into the kiosk, and your room key will be dispensed!
