✅ A charge of 10,000 won per hour will be applied for late check-out.

✅ If any of the following are discovered—theft or damage to any provided items, or permanent stains on bedding—

you will be charged for damages and laundry fees.

Examples: bloodstains, dye stains, dye transfer from jeans, food, or beverages

✅ Dyeing hair and cooking inside the room are strictly prohibited.

✅ A separate fee of 30,000 won will be charged for lost room keys.

✅ You will be charged for the cost of any damaged or destroyed property. (Civil and criminal charges for property damage may apply.)

✅ In the event of a VIP room cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances, a 70% refund is available if canceled 2 days in advance, a 50% refund if canceled 1 day in advance, and no refund is available for same-day cancellations.

✅ Room information is subject to change at any time due to circumstances at the partner property.

✅ We are not liable for any inconvenience resulting from such changes.

✅ If a cancellation occurs due to circumstances at the partner property, a 100% refund will be issued.

✅ If we do not hear from you by 4:00 AM or if you do not check in, your reservation may be treated as a no-show, so please be sure to confirm in advance before using our service.

✅ VIP Room: 2 beds (1 single bed, 1 double bed)

✅ All room rates are based on 2 guests; VIP rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests upon payment of a ★surcharge★.

✅ Additional guest fee: 20,000 KRW per person

✅ If CCTV monitoring detects unauthorized entry by additional guests, you will be asked to check out without a refund.

✅ Room numbers and designs are assigned randomly based on hotel operations.

✅ Minors are strictly prohibited from checking in. (Including same-sex groups)

✅ In the event of refusal of check-in due to minors sharing a room, ★failure to present ID★, or

issues arising from the reservation, cancellations and refunds are strictly prohibited. (Photos of ID are not accepted)

✅ If the primary booker checks in first and the rest of the party arrives later,

the rest of the party must present their ID at the front desk before checking in.

(Please be advised that if you check in without presenting your ID after CCTV verification, you may be summoned to the front desk.)

✅ Forging ID, using someone else’s ID, or using a sibling’s ID is a clear criminal offense.

You may think it won’t be noticed, but it’s very obvious. If caught, the police will be called immediately.
